These Women were not helpful at all! They told my elderly father that he could only cash his granddaughter's check if he deposited the entire amount in his account, so after he endorsed it, they claimed they didn't tell him this!!! They did, I was there! Now he has signed it and she can't cash it anywhere else!!! My advice to him was to change banks! Let this be a warning to you, don't let them LIE, and put you in this position!!!
